Help! We NEED to incentivize our techs with a bonus structure. I feel like if they aren’t getting a piece of the pie, why would they bother to go above and beyond? We have left this project on the back burner for way too long and need to get something in order.
Does anyone have a good incentivization structure that they are willing to share? One that doesn’t put them against each other, rather gets the team working together.
Issues of contention that often arise are the night and the day shift blaming each other for productivity downfalls and the techs blaming the parts department for not getting them their parts on time.
we would like to be able to use full bay to pull our actual stats and numbers from . This needs to be easily trackable.
Every way we look at it we find an issue.
