Had a long term tech quit for a "better offer". After seven months he wants to come back says he learned his lesson. We talked it out and both agree we both could do better. I trained him from a shop help to a great tech had worked for me for eight years so we have a long history & he had not worked anywhere else until now. Just curious if anyone else has had a similar experience and had good long term relationship after rehire?
