This community  is the home for commercial repair professionals. It’s where shop leaders, managers, and technicians connect, swap ideas, and help push the industry forward. The following guidelines aim to keep this community professional, helpful, and focused on making this industry stronger.

    Keep It 
in the Bay

    Stay focused on commercial repair, shop operations, and the issues that impact your work. Political debates or off-topic rants don’t belong here.

    Respect 
the Crew

    No insults, harassment, or personal attacks. Disagree professionally — no throwing wrenches.

    No Soliciting

    This isn’t a job board or sales floor. Don’t post job ads, promotions, or “DM me for a deal.”

    Vendors 
at the Table

    Vendors are welcome when they add value — sharing knowledge, answering questions, joining discussions. But no cold calls or ads.

    Stay Civil on Hot Topics

    Regulation and policy matter to shops — discuss them respectfully and factually. If it gets personal or off-track, moderators may step in.

    Protect Privacy

    Don’t share customer data, shop financials, or other sensitive info. Screenshots? Redact them first.

    Respect Moderators

    Our moderators keep Diesel Connect useful and safe. If something gets flagged, work with them — not against them.
